Gratitude

The rise in conversation around gratitude is exactly proportional to the rise in wealth and comfort we have as a nation.

The more we have, the less we tend to appreciate. It’s only human.

Reversing this poor fortune is like going to the gym. It takes consistent intentional effort.

And NOT doing anything has a painful price; no one wants to be around ungrateful miserable people.

Ungrateful miserable people do not make friends.

Ungrateful miserable people struggle finding life partners.

Ungrateful miserable people don’t get promoted.

Bringing a sense of joy into our work (and personal) lives has significant ROI; we make friends, find and keep great partners, and excel in our careers.

Experiment with gratitude practice. Three weeks is all you need.
