The #1 most important thing we do as a company is ensure great people join our team. To do this, we require rigorous process and high standards. We focus on 3 areas:
- Career Goals – Are you headed in the same direction as us?
- Culture Fit – Do our core values resonate with you?
- Aptitude – What are your abilities to learn, problem solve, and achieve results?
We appreciate that applying for a job can be a scary and stressful process. It is important to underline however that there are no right or wrong answers; there is only you, who you naturally are, and what you want. Answering these questions can be deceivingly difficult and it’s our collective job to uncover this.

Your Application Submission
This is the most important part of the process. Along with your resume we want you to include an application letter.
Your Application letter should be a minimum of 400 words and tell us a few things like: Why do you want to work with Taurus? Describe your ideal future. Tell us who your are and what you want.
This letter is where the rubber hits the road – and we will study it word for word.
It goes without saying, we will not consider a falsely generated fancy story about yourself nor a stock CV. We want to get to know the real you, and get a sense of how you communicate.
