About Taurus
Cliff Raps, founded Taurus Commercial in 2006 after nearly 2 decades of building his reputation in commercial leasing and sales with Colliers, and JJ Barnicke (now Lee and Associates Ltd).
With a front row seat into the world of commercial real estate, Cliff quickly identified property management as both overlooked and under-served; as a result, he signed Taurus’ first commercial management contract in 2008.
Since then, Taurus’ portfolio and team has grown to become one of the Lower Mainland’s most trusted management companies, managing over 80 local properties and roughly 600 tenants.
Since 2008, we have seen unprecedented client retention, and consistent business growth through the most effective marketing medium we know: Happy clients.
