Taurus Commercial’s portfolio has grown to over 80 commercial properties within Greater Vancouver and across the Lower Mainland. Our portfolio includes retail, office, industrial, mixed use and strata properties.

Though we do follow our clients outside this geographic region, our focus is on commercial properties within the Delta, North Vancouver, and Hope triangle. This allows our clients to benefits from Taurus Commercial’s “feet on the ground” approach, as we lean towards face to face conversations whenever possible.  After-all, there is only so much you can achieve via email.

Our tight knit and focused portfolio also allows our clients to benefit from shared contractor services across many sites, which has proven to increase service while ultimately decreasing operating costs for the tenants.
