Taurus is relentless in learning from our own mistakes; however just as important, we learn from the mistakes of others. Over the years, through conducting client on-boarding interviews, clients have shed light on the failures of their past management teams. Although problems manifest differently case-by-case, the underlying cause is always the same: an unhappy management team. It is very difficult to maintain consistent service when you have high turn-over and a disgruntled/de-motivated team.
This is simple stuff. Possibly so simple that it’s over-looked.
Put succinctly: Taurus’ #1 goal is to create a place where our people love coming to work.
Said differently: Taurus’ vision of becoming BC’s standard for world-class property management, starts with becoming BC’s standard as a world-class employer.
We are far from perfect; however, the results speak for themselves:
- The Taurus Team is tight knit, engaged, and committed
- Tenants speak highly of us (a unique thing in commercial property management)
- Taurus maintains extremely high Client retention.
