Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized commercial properties (office, retail, industrial) in the lower mainland with complete autonomy. This includes but is not limited to:
- Taking total control and responsibility for the effective management of the portfolio
- Tenant liaison and business support
- Landlord relationship management
- Property visits and inspections
- Lease interpretation and enforcement
- Budgeting and cost control
- Project management
- Asset management/cashflow improvement
- Coordinating with leasing/renewal agents
Requirements
- Rental Property Management license required (exceptions can be made)
- Adept communicator, both verbal and written
- Be attentive to details, skilled at prioritization and time management
- Understanding and interest in all aspects of commercial real estate
